Cynthia L Andrews
A practicing fine artist, jeweler and proprietor of Greetings by C Lincoln Art a stationery line of greeting cards and prints, Cynthia has been creating in her studio for 22 years, located in Bldg 2 of the Saxonville Mills. She paints organic, narrative landscapes harnessing intangible emotion. Her original works reside in private commercial and residential collections across the United States. Cynthia's Birdhouses series and studio are featured in The Saxonville Mills; Three Centuries of Industry in Framingham by Kevin Swope, a non-fiction history of the 200 year old textile Mills. She notably she earned Cambridge Art Association's Artist of the Year Award in 2020. A graduate of FHS and FSU holds a BFA, Fine Art.
Cynthia is a 4th generation Framingham resident who has been sharing her art with the city since the 1990s when her snowy landscape was selected for the Town of Framingham holiday card. She formerly worked for Framingham Parks & Recreation and Danforth Museum School. Cynthia is proud to share her work in the Framingham community and drive connection to our city's historic significance. She regularly participates in local events such as Open Studios and Jack's Abby German Christmas Market. You may find her in the studio, strolling through Cushing Park or around town at events supporting Fuller Middle School, Brophy Elementary and Boyscout Troop 78. Above all Cynthia values opportunity for broad, positive impact and community connection through visual art.
